В теплом апреле 1994 года сборная команда одной бывшей союзной республики оказалась на сборах в Индии. Солнце палило далеко не по апрельски и аклиматизация проходила очень тяжело, что тем не менее не мешало всем наслаждаться жизнью. Но полностью вкусить прелести этой сказочной страны мешал языковой барьер, и вскоре у всей команды появилась жажда знаний. Два маленьких индуса за стойкой лениво наблюдали за риближением двух русских спрортивного телосложения, которые вели себя несколько странно - один (я) из них тут же плюхнулся в кресло невдалеке, а второй бормоча себе под нос подошел в стойке. Но сказанная фраза вывела их из сонного состояния. Он, навалившись своим весом (95 кг)на стойку, сказал:"I want you!" Однако их реакция оказалась неожиданной для него - они испуганно переглядывались друг с другом. Сашу это стало раздражать и он повысив голос повторил фразу. И тут он заметил, что моя реакция тоже не совсем адекватна обстановке - глаза собирались вылезти из орбит, да и с кресла меня как ветром сдуло. Быстро оценив обстановку он сообразил что чего-то не хватает он нервно рявкнул в их сторону:I want you in numbers 222, 223 and 224!. Работники гостиницы забились в угол, и никакие мои уверения о том, что он просто хотел сказать:Please, drinking water in numbers 222,223and 224. на них не действовало. Когда до Саши дошло что он сказал он кинулся извинятся, чем напугал их так, что их еще долго ловили в гостинице. Так рождаются легенды о сексуальных меньшинствах в спорте.
